Process of Customization:
1. After getting customers’ emails, read them carefully and make customers' requirements clear, including designs, specifications, logos, quality standard, size & quantity, etc....
2. Making a sample sheet and find out if there are anything indeterminable. List all questions in email and discuss them with customers.
3. Revise and perfect the sample sheet and send it to development department. Keep communicating with the development department and reporting the progress to customers
4. After finishing the sample, take photos from various angles and send the photos to customers. If customers think the sample is acceptable, we will send out the sample, and also quotation sheet.
5. Waiting for customers’ feedback, OK or any improvement request, then the 2nd round. Some customers need Confirmation Sample, Fitting Sample, Salesman sample, we can all cooperate with their procedures, and make better time schedule.
6. When get the POs, make clear all points, price, delivery, spec., packing etc..
7. Purchase all materials, guarantee quality, quantity and delivery time.
8. After all materials are ready, start production, cutting, stitching, bottom finishing, packing, transportation.

1. Trial Production: study and analyze all aspects to avoid any potential problems in mass production.
2. Quality Consciousness: every worker is a QC for his/her last procedure.
3. Professional QCS: watch on the production lines and inspect finished boots strictly.
4. Overall Inspection:
* Outside Looking: materials quality & colors, upper stitching, bottom workmanship, package;
* Physical Properties: bonding strength, protective toe's impact and compression, flexing, waterproof, slip resistant or any other requests from customers.
